THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Hawk Order provides technology services and solutions to enable restaurants to process online orders for pickup or delivery. Therefore, when you use the Sites to place an order, you may be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your first and last name, phone number, and email address (collectively, the “Personal Information”) for the purpose of processing such orders. We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you use the Sites unless you provide us with the Personal Information voluntarily (for example, by placing an online order). Providing Personal Information is mandatory to enjoy certain services offered on the Sites. If you do not provide the requested information or do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not be able to participate in receiving those services.
2. BILLING INFORMATION
To place orders through the Sites, you will be required to provide certain information to our secure credit card processing partner (currently Stripe or PayPal), in addition to the Personal Information noted above. Payments are securely processed through the website, and funds are transferred directly to the applicable business owner’s account. Such information may include your debit card number, credit card number, billing address, and similar information (collectively, the “Billing Information”).
3. GEOLOCATION INFORMATION
To provide access to the Sites while using a mobile device, we may automatically collect geolocation information from your mobile device, your wireless carrier, or certain third-party service providers (“Geolocation Information”). Collection of such Geolocation Information occurs only when the website is running on your mobile device. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocation Information, in which case Hawk Order may not be able to provide certain services to you.

In addition to the Personal Information, the Billing Information, and the Geolocation Information, we may collect additional information (collectively, the “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:

You cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to orders you place through the Sites. You may, however, opt out of receiving marketing e-mails, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests promptly. HOW WE USE AND SHARE THE INFORMATION

We do not use your Personal Information for automated decision-making or profiling. We use the Billing Information to process your orders and the Geolocation Information to recommend nearby restaurants. We do not store your credit card information in our system.
In order to provide our services to you, we need to share your name, email address, phone number, food order, customer ID, and delivery/pickup details with the restaurants from which you order (including Raices Modern Mexican) and any third party involved in or providing services related to such orders, such as third-party delivery services (if applicable), credit card processors, Site licensees, and similar parties. Such parties will use this information in accordance with the terms of their privacy policies. However, we will not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
In an ongoing effort to better understand our users and our Sites, we might analyze the Other Information and Geolocation Information in aggregate form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Sites. We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These companies will have access to the information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.
